Terms
The rules for using extraextra.ai, in plain words. Last updated November 1, 2026.
Who runs it
extraextra.ai is run by Element Education. Questions about these terms or your account go to nick@elementedu.io.
Who you can email
Only people who asked to hear from you: they signed up on your form, ticked a box, or gave you their address and agreed to get your emails. Bought, rented, borrowed, shared or scraped lists are not allowed, and neither are addresses collected for one thing and used for another.
Every email has to say who it is from, carry a real postal address, and have a working unsubscribe link. extraextra.ai adds the link and removes people who use it, straight away. Subject lines and from names have to be honest about what the email is.
What you can't send
- Anything illegal where you or your readers are.
- Phishing, malware, or links meant to trick people.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, or investment and trading offers you are not licensed to make.
- Sexually explicit material, hate, or harassment.
- Mail that pretends to come from someone you are not.
Review, limits and pauses
Every new project is reviewed before it can send. Approved projects send up to a daily limit, which can go up over time. Because every project shares the same sending service, a project is paused on its own if more than 5% of a week's email bounces or more than 0.3% is reported as spam. Emails waiting to send stay queued while a project is paused.
We can pause, suspend or close a project that breaks these terms, or whose mail puts delivery at risk for everyone else, and we will tell you why.
Your lists and your data
Your subscribers are yours. We keep them, with the record of how each person signed up, only to run extraextra.ai for you. We do not sell them, share them, or email them ourselves. You are responsible for having permission to email the people on your lists and for answering their requests about their data.
We keep your account details and your sending history, including opens, clicks, bounces and spam reports, so we can show you your results and keep sending healthy. The privacy page says what we keep, who else handles it, and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted.
The AI Inbox
When a project uses the AI Inbox, the replies it gets and the material it answers from are sent to Anthropic's API to write draft answers. Nothing goes out until a person on the project reads the draft and presses Send.
The service
extraextra.ai is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your mail delivered, but we can't promise it will always be available or that every email will arrive. You can stop using it at any time, and we can change or end the service with notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. For anything that changes what you can do, we will email you before it applies.
